2010 North Carolina Healthcare Provider Conference and Post-Acute & Senior Care Conference

October 7 – 8, 2010
The Westin Charlotte
601 South College Street
Charlotte, North Carolina

The uncertainty surrounding the impact of healthcare reform requires providers to reexamine business models and attendant legal issues. McGuireWoods is hosting a two-day conference focused on helping healthcare providers of all types navigate this rapidly changing landscape.

Day one will address key business and legal issues for healthcare providers in North Carolina, South Carolina and beyond, including hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices and others.  Day two is national in scope, and will focus on the impact of federal healthcare reform and other business and legal issues specific to post-acute and senior care providers (LTACHs, IRFs, SNFs, HHAs, hospice, CCRCs, ALFs, ILFs and others).

Both events are intended for healthcare providers, executives, physicians, inside legal counsel, development and operations officers, private equity and hedge fund managers, and anyone interested in what’s coming next in healthcare.  We hope that you will join us for this exciting and informative conference and networking opportunity.

Please visit our online registration link to register.  The fee to attend this event is $65 per day, or a discounted rate of $100 to attend both days.  CLE credit pending.   To take advantage of our discounted room rate of $179/night, please contact The Westin Charlotte (866-837-4148) before Sept. 10 and mention McGuireWoods.
