ALTHA LEGAL ISSUES MEETING
September 28-29, 2010
Baltimore Marriott Waterfront

ALTHA’s second annual Legal Issues Meeting will be held September 28-29, 2010 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.  Thank you to Justin Hunter of HealthSouth (ALTHA Legal Issues Chairman) and Jason Healy of Reed Smith (ALTHA General Counsel) who are already putting together a great program for ALTHA members.

This year’s Legal Issues Meeting will begin Tuesday, September 28 with an evening welcome reception.  Wednesday, September 29 will include a full day of presentations from senior officials from CMS and OIG, as well as the general counsels from leading member companies and expert attorneys from across the post-acute spectrum of care.

This meeting is designed for lawyers, regulatory affairs staff and senior hospital executives who practice in the field of Medicare post-acute care in general and LTAC hospitals in particular.
