Description

This teleconference will address the re-emerging trend of hospitals and health systems hiring physicians either as employees or as independent contractors and the related regulatory and business issues. The speakers have crafted hypothetical situations which they will use to flesh out these issues. Their discussion will emphasize the importance of a FMV validation in these compensation arrangements.
